ABOUT BLUE NEST

Blue Nest was founded in 2022 by local entrepreneurs Madeline Linder and Stacie Staub, who jumped at the chance to lease the original space at 20th and Youngfield in Applewood as soon as it became vacant without even knowing what they would do with it.

"We love Applewood and it's home to both Madie and I," said Stacie. "This community has been so good to us and our families as well as our employees and clients at West + Main Homes, and we really just saw that open space as an opportunity to do something cool, to give our neighbors a new 'third place' and to let it evolve and grow into a concept that locals enjoy.”

Partnering with local vendors including Middlestate Roasters, Bonfire Burritos, and Bad Daddy Bagels, the menu and offerings at Blue Nest have continued to expand along with the space. Recent expansions include a cozy back patio, additional seating, and improved traffic flow.

"With the addition of wine + beer as well as other new and exciting things coming soon to Blue Nest, we're looking forward to seeing our regulars as well as customers who haven't been in yet," said Madie. "We can't thank everyone enough for their continued support!"
